"Alternate ABC’ book project is my personal volunteer initiative for a non-profit organization. Review by the non-profit management took place after the book project was completed and unfortunately resulted in revisions being required to be made to the book. Billal was very motivated and extremely dedicated in tackling the challenging original version of the book and without a doubt he was my choice to make these additional changes. The original date for completing the changes had to be overlooked as I was not available to review the completed work due to other demands on my time. Billal handled the delay like a true professional and on my return was very eager as always to tackle whatever was requested of him to get the job completed. Our working relationship is based on establishing a friendship and subsequently using that relationship to tackle issues with a cooperative spirit to accomplish the intended goal. I had complete faith in him to finish the initial project even though it was a very tall order and he fulfilled the trust which was placed in him. It was no different this time around as I am very pleased with what he has delivered and truly appreciate his commitment to making this personal project of mine become a reality. This is my first attempt at creating a children's book and it has been wonderful to have found Billal to provide the illustrator skills along with the understanding, patience and commitment to do whatever is takes to get to the finish line."
